Christmas Day at the Boathouse is special!
We do a full traditional British Christmas lunch served buffet style so our guests can help themselves.
The menu includes:
- Roast turkey
- Roast pork
- Yorkshire puddings
- Roast potatoes
- Stuffing balls
- Brussels sprouts
- Cauliflower 11 cheese (see the recipe in our cookbook!)
- Carrots
- Chinese stir-fried vegetables
- Peas
- Bread sauce
- Gravy
For dessert, we serve flaming Tobago black cake with brandy butter.
Usually, we invite our Wednesday night drummers who entertain us after we’ve finished eating!
